Cats are subject to same leash laws. Had the cat owner followed this, cat would probably still be peeing on the carpet and shatting behind the sofa.

Our neighbors pit bull jumped the 6ft privacy fence to attack our terrier. Trust me when I tell you that the cat owner can make things VERY difficult for you if he chooses.

You are looking at legal damages, vet bills, cost of making your yard "safe", a visit from animal control, etc.

Bake them a cake and assure them they will never see your dog again.

Also, trust your gut. If you have a bad "feeling" about this dog, get rid of it.
