Does anyone know of a good boat upholstery place around the central Texas/Gulf Coast area?...also one that might be able to do a little marine fab? I live in Cat Spring (near Bellville).

Houston area, maybe. Not middle coast.

I'm flexible as to location. I just want quality. Do you have Houston area recommendations?

Shari Waters at Waters upholstery in Jonestown on Lake Travis. We've used several upholstery folks over the years and she has by far been the best. Pricing is very reasonable and she can get any OEM vinyl used across the board in the boating industry. 512 299 1923

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. Tex Aggie - I'm familiar with Schmidt...heard good things about them...but didn't realize they had an upholstery shop?

There's a guy un Brenham who did excellent work for me. He rebuilt the doghouse cover over the I/o, and recovered it as well as seats. He charged a fair price and actually gave me some of his material left over from a previuos job. I can't recall the name of his company, but it is in the small industrial park off fm 389 across from the new popo stTion.
