Five Guys
Mooyah
Stackhouse
Twisted Root
Smashburger
Whataburger

I've had Angry Dog's burger. Very good. Very simple. Jake's I have had, but so long ago, hard to remember. Twisted Root was good, but perhaps trying too hard (recommended I think by big ben). Whatburger-meh. Haven't had the others.

Twisted Root makes a decent burger (the meat part) but their toppings suck (canned mushrooms, blew cheese dressing instead of crumbles). Definitely not worth the $12 you'll end up paying for a burger, fries and drink.

M & O burger is my favorite. They are a little expensive, but dang they are good.

I've eaten at most of these places. Mooyah and Five Guys should not be that hight on the list. I'm glad to see that In-N-Out did not make the top of the list. People go crazy about it and the lines always look really long there but I was very underwhelmed by their burgers.

still trying to find someone here who has been to Cue's burger on S. Post Oak in Houston. I would like to verify that it is indeed a good burger, and not just because I was poor at the time.

Scotty P's isn't the best, but deserves to be in there more than Mooya, Twisted Root and a fast food joint.

So it's not quite Dallas, but Jucy's in Tyler makes the best damn cheesburger. Mooyah, for a chain, is not bad at all. Whataburger is the king in my books for fast food burgers. There's just nothing like a #1 with cheese and jalapenos.

Best burger in DFW area - Flip's Bar and Grill by far....

Most overrated/overpriced burger in DFW - Twisted Root by far!
