I've got a good lady friend going through PA school about to start rotations. Her first duty station is in an OR.

In class and for the OR rotation, she's doing a lot of suture practice.

She needs them to have a curved needle, but that's really all that matters.

Does anyone have a good place to get expired sutures for cheap? Or does anyone on here have some I could off load?

since its the medical field, have her contact Johnson and Johnson the makers of Ethicon sutures for out of date product.

Also try Angiotech for Sharpoint suture if J&J don't cooperate.

Check with Owens and Minor as well. My dad was a salesman for them for 30 years and we had sutures coming out of our you know what. They may have some samples to share. Good luck.
