A few weeks ago someone had posted a link to where they had it hosted on Google docs...I'll just host the version I have to get it over to him if no one has the link handy.

I have the same version. I found an old thread that had a couple of links where people posted it on rapidshare. But they have all expired.

I'm about 130 pages in and it's really good so far. Too bad my ****ing Kindle can't zoom on pdf documents or I'd be alot further along.

I'm up to page 241. If the flight attendants didn't keep telling me to turn my computer off for take off and landing I would have had it finished weeks ago

I really wish I could make this into epub but I couldn't figure out how to remove the headers and footers in calibre.

You can have your kindle convert it to kindle format. I am about halfway through. It has a few formatting issues, but it's not bad. Email it to yourname@free.kindle.com and put "convert" in the title, and it will send you a converted copy that you can drag and drop.
