How long do you want to ignore this user?
Heading to Kemah this weekend for a Wedding and would like to fish a bit while in the area. Any recommendations for spots nearby that I can get to w/o a boat, or if a boat is necessary, a resonable guide?

Thanks for the help!

Try wading the Seabrook flats. It is the area just north of the Kemah bridge off Toddville Road on the bayside of the first low-water bridge. You are likely to catch specks, reds and flounder. Good bottom and easy wading. Try Gulps under a mauler.

TRIDENT- Great info...Thanks!

Any other thoughts from anyone else?...can drive a bit if need be, just going to be in that area, and would like to hit a spot Friday evening, and maybe a different one Sat. morning.

I would have said Seabrook Flats too. Watch for submerged pilings out there.
