My dogs have gotten into the trash and eaten, and passed (found the results in the backyard)
The netting from a pork roast (several times over the years)
The plastic covered aborbent pads they put under the meat in meat containers (several times over the years)
Food saturated paper towels
Pieces of food wrappers of various types, mostly parts of plastic wrappers or cardboard.
2 small pet turtles.
Granted, my dogs are in the 55-65lb range. If I catch that they've eaten it within an hour or so, and it was a large object, I'll use hydrogen peroxide and give them a good dose of it, and they'll puke it up. Had to do this recently when one of my dogs knocked over a pyrex dish and ate the contents, including a couple of small fragments of the broken glass. He puked it back up after a couple of good chugs of HP, no harm done.
I wouldn't worry excessively about it, being paper and all.
