Was sort of having a mundane day, this thread brought it right back around.
Ummm yeah I've met him. A few years ago I was looking for a room to rent. He seemed nice over the phone but a little off. I went there to check the place out and he was a very nice guy, but I was too weirded out that he was gay. It sounds bad but I just couldnt imagine living with a gay guy, just uncomfortable. Well hell I aint very politically correct any how so there was no f-ing way that I was going to live with a gay guy lol.
I will say that he seemed to be pretty nice guy, and he was open about being gay, as if you couldnt tell.

So just now, I am sitting here drooling over firearms on gunbroker while my wife is watching Reba. Well, Reba happens to be on Lifetime. For those without wifes, Lifetime is a channel dedicated to showing crappy movies showcasing how terrible the male sex is. This evening's commercials are highlighting a movie called 'the craigslist killer'.
I turned to her and said, "You know, every time I think about craigslist now, I think about big ben."
She said, "Who?"
Me: "Oh, did I not show you that thread?"
Her: "I guess not."
Me: "Oh this is going to be good. Let me just pull it up..."
So I go immediately to the FAQ (thanks IsleAg11), retrieve the post and read off big ben's story.
As soon as I finished, I googled "Gene Mikulenka" to pull up a photo to show her.
The first photo I clicked on was of him rounding a barrel, but was kinda small, so I when back a page and clicked on the same image hoping it would be larger. It was, and guess what website was hosting it.

I haven't had any bad experiences, yet.
Sold my last truck on CL as well as furniture/household stuff.

I feel like CL is the creepiest thing in the world. If I even click on a CL link I feel like there is a creepy old man on the other end that is trying to put his finger in my butt.
Sean, that'd why you should stay out of the personal ads on CL.
Quit clicking on ads that say "Dirty Old Man wants to stick his finger up your butt" (Pics Included)
