I have unplugged the Roku completely, and restarted everything no change.
try another video source.

Try another hdmi input on tv? Another cable? Another device like a Playstation or Xbox? Any change from above can help isolate the problem.
It does look like your panel or board is going bad though.

Tried another input. No change. Unplugged it and then saw that the "no signal" panel on the screen which is normally blue is still green and pixeled on the edges.
Think your board is going bad then. Your missing an entire color of pixels it looks like.
Even your TV was stunned about what it was watching against DJ Durkin.

What a coincidence. Mine stopped working last night as well after I threw the remote at it.
Seriously though when mine loses a color channel it's usually a bad hdmi handshake. Powering everything off and on fixes it for me but it sounds like yours might have gone bad.

Shotgun blast will shorten the life as well.
Depending on panel type maybe a tcon board. If so pretty cheap fix, or even just try.
