WTF Microsoft.

Why would you move or delete an entire folder during an update.

Appears to be an issue but no answer I found searching online has gotten it back.

Right-Click on desktop -> View -> Make sure "Show desktop icons" is checked?

If that's checked, what is in your C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Desktop folder?

My Desktop folder somehow was moved to a C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Documents\xyz-folder\desktop

I have no clue how it moved there, but only a few shortcuts are there. Half the shortcuts are still missing and none of the documents I had on the desktop are there. Nothing in the OneDrive recycle bin.

WTF would MS just delete my stuff for no reason and not tell me?

I just started using a MacBook Pro and can't say it's light years better. They do some stupid stuff as well.
