Anyone pick this up? Been seeing mixed reviews while trying to decide if it's worth the new game price or if I should wait for a future sale.

I did. Was bored with CFB25 and have loved the recent SW titles (even though they're from a different developer). I didn't preorder, so I missed the drama with the bugs and patch during the early access. For me it's played really smoothly. Story is interesting so far. Scenery is gorgeous. My biggest complaint is that the combat is pretty vanilla. Overall, it's good, not great.

I've been playing it. Pretty solid addition to the Star Wars video game catalog. Way more stealth than I was expecting which makes it a little bit slow-paced. Like jeff said, the worlds look fantastic. Facial animations aren't the best (so on par for Ubisoft).

I am waiting for this one to go on sale. It looks good from what I have seen so far.

I'm just curious if anyone here paid for the $110 early access version only for Ubisoft to tell them they have to download an update and restart the game over because the early access version has game-breaking glitches and bugs.

No, too poor to have been able to participate in that little hiccup. Lol.

I did, but I didn't have any issues. I believe it was mainly on the PS that that happened

People really pay 40 dollars more just to play a video game a few days earlier?

There's some cosmetics and bonus content in there too.

Hey now don't forget the the two story DLC as well (which alone will probably be priced at $40 anyways)

I doubt I will play this for three months, so it made sense to get the monthly Ubisoft pass. Enjoying it so far, even though I suck and don't get to play much.

Like Jedi Survivor, I'm willing to wait for this to show up on Game Pass in a year. I've learned not to waste $70 on a game I will get too busy to finish and to see it be in the bargain bin for $15 a year later.

That actually happens with some regularity when buying a new PC or GPU. Sometimes they're a little older, but I'm seeing AMD offering Space Marine 2, among others.

After going through several reviews, I don't even know if I'll play it when it is in the $15 bin. There are so many games I still need to play, jumping into a mid sandbox game seems like something I won't be doing.

I got it with my GPU. They gave me Assassin's Creed Shadows for my CPU as well, and that doesn't even launch until mid November.
