No, costco deal is better and you get costco extended warranty for year 2 before that year 3-5 warranty even kicks in.

I called Best Buy and got a $430 refund on the price drop from 10 days ago when I bought the 77c3

I did the same. $125 on the TV and $20 on the roku ultra. I used their chat. Remarkably efficient. Just took a couple minutes.

Running a roku ultra 4k through a home theater receiver. I've read some mixed reviews about the C3 and using CEC

Yeah we're real happy with it. I'm not running anything else on it other than a roku ultra and using the roku remote so can't help with your other questions, but yeah I love it. Huge upgrade from the TCL we had previously.
