Looking for a drone and drone pilot with an 80+mph capable drone, equipped with a 4k camera, to take some video of a high-speed vehicle we built. The faster the better, ideally up to the 100mph limit.

Anyone have one or have a contact with one? Close to BCS would be nice, as well.

At those speeds they're going to burn through batteries quick.

Fastest I've gotten with my Mavic 3 is 48 MPH.

Most of those shots on TV are from an actual helicopter or another vehicle pacing the first.

Our runs are about 35 seconds long, so it should be fine!

I hear ya! Our bike is significantly faster than the drone, so we'll likely position the drone 3/8 mile or so ahead, then let the bike catch up to it and pass. The faster the drone, the wider the window is for getting good video in the speed range we want. Our primary goal is seeing overall bike behavior within that range.

My phantom 4 pro is rated at 45.

What about a remote controlled plane? Only thing small I can think of which might move at those speeds.

The DJI FPV drone can get up to 70+mph if you want one out of the box.

Not sure if that helps your current situation but there are options you could get yourself and practice on.

Does it also need to convert DVDs to Laserdisc?

I've had several, but you're looking mainly for fpv/racers to fly that fast. I have nothing flying atm though :-/
