Friend of mine with AT&T and an iPhone 10 had their vehicle stolen, damaged, and abandoned over the thanksgiving break. The insurance company is saying that they need "proof" the car was stolen and that the call/text logs will show that my friend made every attempt to recover their stolen vehicle.

On the AT&T app, there's no feature that allows my friend to download anything other than bills. Is there an easier way to get this info?

Also, according to their insurance company, screenshots will not work for verifiable proof. The police report helps, but isn't enough.

Contact ATT with the police report and have them provide the information. These are not the details that a normal consumer can pull.

I'm unclear why the insurance won't accept the police report but wants the phone records?
