Samsung S8 Active touchscreen issues

**I searched and didn't see any topics on this, I apologize if my GoogleFu is weak

I have a 1-year old (3-weeks out of warranty) S8 Active and the bottom right hand side of the touch screen is failing/being non-responsive.

I have removed the case, removed tempered glass screen protector, cleaned with alcohol pads, rebooted, uninstalled recent apps, tried using a stylus. Nothing seems to work.

Has anyone experienced / resolved this without sending it back to the manufacturer?

Go through warranty support at samsung and keep following up until you get to talk to a real person. When products are recently out of warranty, manufacturers will frequently help out the consumer.

Also, I would say that it started showing symptoms a few weeks ago (within the warranty period.)
