Andrews would scare me (i didnt draft him anywhere). Guy had more weeks outside of the top 40 TEs then in the top 12 last year. Mayer to me is a better start than him. And it isn't like likely broke out.

I think BTJ. I worry Juan Jennings could be the #2 guy for the Vikings. I dont think the team likes him and the new offense is what 49ers did.

With Jakobi in a non-contact jersey I feel even more comfortable with starting BTJ. Parker Washington will likely get the CB1 for the browns.

Sounds crazy but I might go with KC. Browns are gonna be forced into a pass heavy script. If you're feeling squeamish about KC then I'd go Addison. Jags will probably go pretty run heavy this week and BTJ needs to prove it to everybody this year

Id go Baker. Saints had a decent defense last year and Gibbs could run a few more in. Bucs and Bengals is poised to be a shootout. Now if Egbuka is out maybe it is goff.

Should people be more worried that Surtain will shutdown Rashee and the rookie LT might get Mahomes killed?

I have Rashee in one league, likely not starting him Week 1. Currently going Olave, G. Wilson, D. Montgomery (Flex).

Tua got hurt in practice. So likely Cooper rush starting. Which might be their best qb? That or he couldn't beat out penix and that so this could get real ugly. Steelers defense are A+ for matchup. London, Pitts are scary starts to me. Bijan you start but he either goes nuclear or mid rb.

Tua can't even survive practice now?

Odunza going to play Sunday? Should I switch him out for Evans tonight?

Rams disappointed tonight -- offense and defense

My opponent started Matthew Stafford and the Rams defense and got just 7.1 combined points. I love how the 49ers dominated the Rams for most of the game.

We are 2 games down and have had:
0 tight ends produce value
2 running backs who volume / goal lined their way to good games (Stevenson and Kyren)
1 great QB
1 bad and 1 really bad QB performance
And the Rams proving that drafting a "top" defense early just might not be worth it.

Fun fact:
corum + black had 24 carries for 119 yards
CMC + Kyren had 21 carries for 109 yards (1 Td)
So either CMC is banged up or the 49ers saw Seattle's gameplan and were like maybe lets limit CMC to 20-25 a game.

I personally wouldn't drop someone to pick up a high-risk/high-reward defense in week 1, if I were already holding a top-tier defense. So far we've had the Seahawks do great, Patriots and 49ers good, and Rams bust. Texans have historically kept Josh Allen in check, so I'd start them if I owned them.

I think the Rams D will still be good this year, the team just screwed up by not traveling earlier, and Myles Garrett isn't 100% yet.

AJ Brown to the IR. Big blow to Drake Maye's upside case. I guess Mack Hollins is the new number 1?

Kind of what I am leaning toward...I agree it could be a Gibbs game and if he scores a couple on the ground, it would likely be a lower scoring game for Goff.
