The Lions gave away the ball for the 4th time, on a trick play this time. It could be the dagger in the Lions season, squandering a 15-2 regular season record that gave them the No. 1 seed.

All i can hear is Joe Buck at the end of the Texans' game saying the average price for tickets for the Detroit game were $855.

Their offense is healthy and they could easily win this in a shootout without so many gimmicks and pressing. They could have ran for 250+ tonight and ground it out. This is just who they are and it is going to bite them in the ass for the 2nd year in a row.

The Commanders have increased their lead to 45-28 with 7:31, making it a 3-possession game.

Daniels is about win a second playoff game on the road too. I won't be surprised if the Commanders beat the Rams or Eagles on the road next week for a 3rd straight playoff win.

The Lions, Vikings, and Packers also benefited from playing the NFC West. It even crazier how the 15-2 Lions and 14-3 Vikings combined for 29 regular season wins and 0 playoff wins.

Lions 6-0 against the Vikings, Packers, Rams, and Texans, but could not beat the Commanders.

Vikings 0-4 against Lions and Rams but 14-0 against everyone else with 2 wins over Packers and another win over Texans.

Packers 0-6 against Lions, Vikings, and Eagles, and 11-1 with wins over Rams and the Texans. They also lost to the Bears 22-21 at home in their season finale for a 1-5 division record.

Eh. I agree the lions are a better team. But this isn't because "everything bounced their way." Hell, a bad call spotted the lions an extra 7 points to start the second half. They're just outplaying and out coaching them tonight.

This sucks. Dallas sucked this season, the Texans lost today and now the Lions are going down. The only other team I like that's still playing is the Bills and they have to get through the Ravens and Chiefs. Looks like it will be another year I don't watch the Super Bowl unless the Bills can get through that gauntlet. I'm so sick of the Super Bowl being mostly the same old teams.

Too bad the new kickoff rules make the onside kick a total joke.

Detroit has the solid good to great QB

Goff's mistakes in the 1st half were killers

See, this is why I said it doesn't mean shat yet. WAYYYY too soon to call Daniels elite.

I remember the Shaun King hype. I remember the Jets finally finding their new Namath in Sanchez.

Neiither Shaun King nor Mark Sanchez looked this good at the peak of their careers. They were game managers on teams with good defenses.

Daniels looks great, he's not the chosen one. Detroit is a joke in the playoffs.

Maybe Campbell will finally learn his lesson next year and lean on his 2 headed monster backfield and TE in the playoffs.
