I don't know who to blame the most for this season so far. Jerry, McCarthy, Zimmerman, Dak/players. Part of me thinks this team is so bad the coaching doesn't matter.

I think the blame flows in the order that you listed it. Jerry and Mike are ultimately responsible at the end of the day. This team is poorly managed and poorly coached

At this point the Jerry hate is just a defense mechanism to avoid recognizing the fact that this is Will McClay and Stephen Jones baby. They've had the reigns for the last decade and essentially complete and total personnel control since 2020. Any deficiencies in coaching and personnel are squarely on them. And that's MUCH more terrifying because Stephen letting go and finally giving the GM title to McClay (or someone) when Jerry is gone was the distant light at the end of the tunnel for so many. "Oh when Jerry dies things will change".

Jerry had been functionally dead in all aspects but PR for years. This is what you get after he's gone. Now maybe a new coach changes things, but Jerry Jones is just a scapegoat in 2024.

I'll agree with that. Listening to Stephen talk I think he actually doesn't understand how the cap works
