I am glad the San Francisco 49ers rallied from a 24-7 halftime deficit to defeat the Detroit Lions 34-31 in the NFC Championship Game. As a result, the 49ers will make their 8th Super Bowl appearance and 2nd in 5 years. There will be a Chiefs vs 49ers Super Bowl rematch from 4 years ago. I hope the 49ers beat the Chiefs this time to win a 6th Super Bowl championship, which would tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots for most Super Bowl wins.

The city lost its soul with all the tech companies moving up from SV. I'm all for improvements to bad areas, but forced, almost overnight gentrification - coupled with awful Progressive policies - drove the city to such an awful reality. Thankfully the Insanely Progressive DA got recalled and the very left Mayor appointed what we thought was a leftist DA who actually is doing her job! It's amazing, and incredibly remarkable to see. Everything got so bad (crime, drugs, etc.) that the democrats (liberal - not progressive) are trying to do the right thing and it's (slowly) working. As a Texan living in the Bay Area, I can't believe they're approaching some (and definitely not all) things with common sense and reason. I guess when it gets so bad, they can't help but apply true liberal (I.e., conservative) principles.
Anyway, this isn't F16. I live here for the weather, the beaches, the mountains and the amazing professional opportunities.

Between Baltimore, Detroit, KC & SF?.......you have to admit one isn't like the others based on location alone. It's actually insane that California has had more Superbowl representation than Texas in this decade.
