This is the 49ers playoff game from 2 years ago. Blatant holding never called on the other team bit flags all over the field against Dallas.

Penalties or no penalties, the Eagles are doing whatever they want to us. They can get 5 on the ground every play. They can throw it deep and put us in bad man to man matchups. They can sneak it for a yard+ anytime they want.

But when you are dealing with a fixed game, the NFL tweaks it at the end. If the Eagles get a big lead, the refs will call a few penalties on Philly. Then the NFL can say "each team had 7 penalty calls, you can't complain".
