In non-ppr, i just don't know that Pittsburg throw the ball to johnson in the redzone. If that was Pickens I'd pick him over one of the other 3.

Between Bye weeks (Gibbs and Etienne) and injuries (Achane, Chubb, Kyren Williams), I'm going to have to start either Royce Freeman or Darrell Henderson this week. Both are available for pick up. No PPR. Which one?

Unfortunately my other RB is Dameon Pierce, so probably going to lose this week anyway.

Also I think Pierce is droppable especially if you like one of the other RBs more. Ezekiel could easily get a TD. Emari will get way more touches this week.

Look at Pierce's ROS schedule weeks 14-17: Jets, Titans, Cleveland, Titans. Bad news for RBs.

Demarcado + Chuba are both decent week 9 starters compared to Royce or Henderson or Pierce, IMO

Yeah, I almost want to go with demarcado and one of the Rams RBs.

Pierce was looking good in week 3/4, but Texans O has hit a wall and has a bad matchup.

Chuba looked really bad against the Texans, but Indy is terrible on D. Hmm….

just based on expected volume/ opportunities alone, royce and hendo are a true split committee, pierce and singletary seem like a true split committee, d'onta with roschon back looks like a true split committee... whereas based on last two weeks, demarcado looks like a clear lead back, and albeit not effective vs texans, chuba out-carried sanders by a lot as a true lead back. remains to be seen if miles sanders was simply snap-counted in his return from injury, but he had a game and the bye out and chuba has looked better than miles at every opportunity so he's the best bet to continue in a lead role, imo. non-ppr, you want the volume and chuba vs that indy defense i think i like better than one of the rams gambles, although maybe one of those rams gets in the endzone- but which one?

for what it's worth, fantasy pros week 9 non-ppr rankings would suggest henderson and chuba as the top two of each of those names mentioned. I just think demarcado is a better bet than henderson right now.

Taysom Hill ran all over IND. There will be points in IND vs CAR. Chase the TD equity opportunities there.

10 team league. No RB in flex.

Glad people in your league don't have Zeke Elliott rostered with his like 4.0 points per game average. No one trusted chuba and honestly no one has needed any of them. I've absorbed almost all the RB injuries.

I dropped donta after the trash week.

I have Romeo Doubs but Josh Downs and Courtland Sutton are available (0.5ppr). This is just for a backup receive slot. Who do you think has the better upside the rest of season?

Downs is the best of those three for ROS, hands down.

I think the thought is the refresh of coaches and GM means more touches for Davante and Jacobs. Jakobi might be the odd man out. That said Aiden could turn into a total dud. Faces NYJ and KC over the next 4 weeks. Those teams could break a rookie QB. Then a bye week.

I almost think you have to be going for Davante as a playoff run only. Not sure you what you could trade him for.

Olave, Garrett Wilson, Jakobi, Rashee Rice, and Josh Downs are my options… maybe Rashee gets a flex start hoping Miami vs KC in Germany this week is a barn burner (?).

Why not Josh Downs over Jakobi? If you aren't going to start Downs now, I think you might as well try to trade him away. (This assumes a 12 team league where depth makes Downs more of an asset).

You're in a better spot than me. Until JJ comes back Rashee Rice is my WR2 behind Garrett Wilson.

Until Monday night, Jakobi had been getting more targets, receptions, yards, and TDs than Downs, save one week that they both played, but I like how Downs and Rice are trending. I've tried to package downs or rice in some trade proposals to no avail so far. Need space for a QB this week and could use a better RB waiting for Kyren to return.

So I just got offered La Porta for Achane

He's on my IR and I've got a RB group of CMC, Hall, Hunt, Charbonet, and Roschon Johnson and Andrews as my TE.

Do I hold on to Achane for a playoff run (what I had planned) or deal him for a TE I could flip?

Yeah after looking at it I can't because I can't enough out of LaPorta or Andrews to justify loosing Achane.

Pretty certain I could get Zack Moss for Andrews but turning Achane into Moss doesn't seem worth it.
