Agreed. I dont care where he projects. I want one of those dudes! I just say Edge bc he's an Aggie and he was rated #1 LB in NCAA this year.

I know that off ball linebackers aren't as valued as they once were, but look at the great defenses in the league today. It's not really much different that it's been in the past. Sean Lee, when he was right, changed the identity of the cowboys defense every time he was on the field. Fred Warner/Greenlaw same thing for SF. Roquan Smith did the same for Baltimore.

Find us one of those dudes in any round and then find a Hiloti Ngata to keep him clean. There's gotta be a big strong ass Samoan somewhere we can draft, right? All those dudes are strong.

Lots of "career decisions" being made by Charger players. Avoiding tackles, not taking on blockers, they've given up on team and coaches.

AJ Brown isn't pleased, either. I hope they are unravelling.

Last time we faced a hyped team from NY, in inclement weather we won 40-0. Let's do it again.

Based on what I'm hearing, it sounds Buffalo's defense is sorta built like the Eagles right now... their front 4 are good, their LBs are struggling, and their secondary cannot hold up. Apparently in recent weeks their redzone defense has been a green light.

If you can withstand the push of their D-line (and this O-line is equipped to do just that) then you should have success against them.

I just hope the weather doesn't become a huge factor.

If Geno plays and if the WRs show up like they did against us, Seattle is going to be a big problem for Philly's defense. DK, Locket, Njigba... they can't cover those guys.

But I do think that Philly's offense is still dangerous and I have a feeling they are prepping Jalen to start running more (fumble drills). They were trying to set that up in Dallas, but the fumble and Dallas's constant 1st half scoring sorta put an end to that.

They can be hard to stop if Hurts starts running all over the place. I just hope, if they try it, that Hurts gets all sorts of banged up.

Hurts' knee better hold up if that's the case. If he goes down I think Philly goers with him

So what positions would you all draft with your first 4 round picks in the 24 NFL draft?
So far the 23 draft has been a disappointment. Lets hope these guys can eventually mature into above average players.

Some players take a few years to adjust to the speed and physicality of the NFL.
If the Cowboys can nail this draft they could set themselves up for years to come.

I would say:
1st Round: Linebacker
2nd Round: Wide receiver
3rd Round: Running back
4th Round: Corner back

1. LB /DT
2. WR
3. Thumper RB
4. S/CB

I wonder if Kellen Moore will survive another HC firing. Maybe the Chargers owner also thinks he is a wonder boy and off limits for dismissal by the next coach!?!

I think Moore would be great at the college level. If I was Boise St I'd do everything I could to nab him in some capacity to one day take over.

I think if you liked an o lineman in the first or second, I'd take one. Not sure how much more you're going to get out of Martin and Tyron Smith. But overall I generally agree with your list.

I don't think the Cowboys will spend 1st round money on a LB. I bet we go CB in 1st.

I'm frustrated for him... his crap time carries early in the season gave him nothing to work with.

Just from a pure running perspective, I'd love to see him active and get some carries behind this current o-line. I'm sure there are pass pro issues which have led to him being inactive, but I'd love to see him get some chances with some space to run.

Yeah I wish we would see him more too. Obviously the pass blocking is an issue but more than anything, with Turpin, he gives you nothing on special teams.

He's a rookie and very size disadvantaged. Mccarthy has shown an ability to use guys like him, but it takes a year or two. I wouldn't worry too much about this season, and I think he'll give his chances to make something happen.

He's basically Darren Sproles 2.0, at least from a physical standpoint. Guys like that being successful isn't unprecedented, but I think it does require a certain amount of development first

We aren't going to have a Parsons talent where we will e picking in the 1sr round.

Eagles best CB "Don't call me Darius" Slay to have a knee procedure and will miss the Seattle game (and probably a coupe others).

He was pretty much the only decent cover guy they had. Seattle needs to friggin win this game at home. There is no way Philly should be able to keep them below 30 points.
