He's got the right build and strong arm. But he isn't that great of a quarterback.

Some of the hype was from his agent. Most of it was from teams at the top of draft order, behind Carolina. Just hope that Stroud or Young would fall. You see this bluffing every year.

If they want him trading up is the better move as you get a 5th year on the rookie contract that you lose in the 2nd round.
