One of the issues with drafting a guy like Richardson is the NFL doesn't have a minor league for guys that need experience to get real game reps.

Mahomes was that. "If he was good, tech would have won more games". It's pretty revisionist to say he was thought of some stud coming out.

Also, Colts hired the OC from the Eagles as their new HC that got Jalen Hurts to be a competent passer. If he can do that with Hurts…
