That's what I've been saying, people keep talking about it's too much to give up for a non-QB and don't realize the trade was for CJ, they just manipulated the market value by taking him with #2 and using the trade for Anderson

Bring on the season. Remember Jax went for worst in the league to 9-8 division champs last year with a major coaching upgrade and a decent qb. Houston can pass Tenn and Indy and challenge the jags next year. Not a Super Bowl contender but I think we are drafting in the 20s. Not the top 5. The Browns could tho.

The Titans or Flaming Tacks were trying to unload Tannehill and Derrick Henry this week. Sounds like a major rebuild is brewing.

They may see caleb Williams as the answer and turn to Malik Willis to lead them to the first pick. Derek Henry could get a high pick if they time the trade right. Indy could join the race to the bottom if their AR experiment doesn't work.

So we had to have that deal agreed upon prior to drafting CJ I assume or we would had taken Anderson at 2.

If the Titans take a QB early today, it will be interesting to watch it all play out the next few years.

I mean really today and tomorrow with all the late-round picks we have are when the draft matters as well.

I thought we did ok with getting Pierce and Christian Harris last year. Hope we grab some more diamonds in the rough in these later rounds.

I love the aggressiveness to get Anderson. He probably would have been the #1 pick last year if he was eligible, and the only reason he wasn't this year is because he's not a QB.

We're still loaded with picks. I bet we end up picking in the 2nd and maybe have three total picks tonight.
