If that is a buy-in league please let me know if yall have an opening next year lol. That is a bit egregious but maybe he got spooked into thinking it would be a 50-50 time share.
I mean, looking at it now, it looks like it favors me a lot more than it did then. A lot of people had Chubb as an RB2...not a top-5 RB and the hype for Sutton and his connection with Russ was through the roof.

Chubb was maybe RB 6 or 7 preseason. Barkley was an injury concern and Kamara was suspension worry.

FantasyPros shows that Chubb was drafted as the RB13 based on their aggregated ADP across platforms.

Chubb was extremely undervalued right before the season started.

Traded Donta Foreman & Jared Goff

for

Tua & Eno Benjamin.

3-5 record 10th out of 12 team .5 PPR

current team:

QB: Brady, Goff
RB: Najee, Stevenson, Donta, Kenyon Drake,
WR: Hopkins, Davanta Adams, Tee Higgins, DK, Tyler Lockett
TE: Schultz, Hurst

I also threw in a sweetener of a $10 harmonica for as the trading partner is an aspiring harp player.

hopefully can make a run with TUA

With C. Patterson coming off of IR, I had too many WRs (Brown, Kupp, Godwin, DK, K. Allen, A. Robinson)
I traded DK and K. Allen for Lockett. I felt DK was too up or down to place in my lineup on a weekly basis. Good? Bad? I had picked Allen up off of waivers two weeks ago when someone else got tired of monitoring his hamstring.

DK is equal to Lockett in my book. You almost should have looked for Chase owner to have him take up your IR spot

Agree. Tried it, they wouldn't budge. IMO Lockett is more consistent, which I valued. Also my QB is Dak, on Bye so two of my WRs were getting dropped if I couldn't make a move.

Ok so the Michael Thomas Owner is freaking out.

His Team ;
Mahomes
RB: Henry, Walker, Mostert, Zeke, Jeff Wilson
WR: Godwin, Myers, Diontae Johnson, Garret Wilson,
TE: Kelce, Pitts

He's turned down Walker for Adams, then Mostert for DK Straight up.

anything I could offer?
texagbeliever
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Maybe Adams/Hopkins + DK/Lockett (Lockett probably looks better) for Kelce/Walker + D Johnson.

I think that is the only way your team gets better. If the guy is smart he'd realize his best shot is upgrading WR and hoping Pitts turns into a stud. Obviously this would only work if he doesn't have a high rating for D Johnson.

Just saw he has Mahomes so kelce angle is probably 0. I wouldn't do a trade yet. He has some bye weeks (Myers 10, D Johnson 9) and if Wilson lays another dud he will be really desperate.

Need a 2nd quality receiver but they are concentrated on teams that aren't trading. Keeper league and I'm strong on RB so only will play 2 wr's in non-ppr.

Current roster - J Jefferson, Aiyuk, Garrett Wilson, Drake London, Mooney, Claypool.

I am considering going after Mike Williams and giving away Wilson or London. It is a keeper league and London and Wilson have good keeper value so the guy trading would ge interested as he is fire-saleing his team since he's out of contention. Williams would be a half season rental for me, no keeper value.

Is it worth going after Williams? Is he going to be a strong #2 (better than Aiyuk) when he returns from injury?

I wouldn't. He has a sprained ankle and could be out 3 more weeks...he is boom-bust as is.
texagbeliever

Does your league have a trade deadline? I would at the least try to wait until closer to that time. You shouldn't be in a hurry to do the trade and that guy is just looking at a next year boost anyways.

I am in a 10 team Keeper League where I can keep 3 players.

I have the following: *(next years draft pick)

Josh Allen (3)
Kelce (1)
JT
Pierce (10)
Pittman (9)
Devonta Smith (10)
Mike Williams (9)
Jamaal Williams (10)
Josh Palmer (10)
Khalil Herbert (10)
Lazard (7th)

My question is should I trade Josh Allen for Patrick Mahomes which would give me Mahomes and Kelce the rest of the year?

This means that next year I would automatically have Mahomes and Kelce again and another player of my choosing to keep for the next season. Oh, and Mahomes would be a 6th rd draft pick.
texagbeliever
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Id do the trade because Allen injury could be bad.

Not sure you won't want to keep Pierce and Khalil Herbert. Those guys should have high value relative to their draft capital.

I am in a superflex, full PPR, 3 keeper league. I am currently in first and have the inside track on winning the championship, but I have been having to play a RB in my superflex, as I lack a QB2.

QB: Jackson, Winston, Walker, Ehlinger
RB: Barkley, Etienne, Pollard, Foreman and Wilson
WR: Cupp, AJ Brown, Jeudy, Mooney
TE: Waller (just went on IR)

So, I have three trade possibilities

Option 1: Trade Etienne for Deshaun Watson and Jahan Dotson. This feels like the most upside but will DeGroper Watson play like the old Watson? Will need to stream TE until Waller is off IR in time for playoffs.
Option 2: Trade Pollard for Kenny Pickett (has a really favorable playoff schedule). Again with the TE.
Option 3: Trade AJ Brown and Waller for Jared Goff and Dallas Goedert. I would then probably shop Pollard to a team that has four Top 20 receivers and Taylor as their RB1 and no RB2. My idea would be Pollard for Amari Cooper.

Is this a pick 3 keeper league or based on some round of draft deal? I would much rather keep Etienne.

Maybe add Keenum for Ehlinger/Winston.

I'd like to keep Etienne too, but I am really deep at RB, and have nothing at QB2.

Keeper is highest of round drafted and points scored so I don't really know yet where they will land... my best guesses of the major players:

Jackson 1/2
Barkley 1/2
Etienne 3/4
Pollard 6ish
Cupp 1
Brown 2/3

Trading for:
Watson 10ish
Dotson 12ish
Pickett 6/7
Goedert 3/4
Goff 3/4

Watson hasn't played football in nearly 2 years and he is going to play on a team built to run the ball. Texans also never had a Chubb nor Hunt to run the ball so I dont see him throwing the ball as much. If you were going to make this trade I'd almost rather use Barkley and try to get a better 2nd player back. Then next year you'd have Watson, Etienne and Foreman as your keepers. Either way this move hurts you in 2022 in my book.

Pollard for Pickett is maybe the best option. Easier bal year schedule and he has weapons.

Think you should keep Brown to try to win it this year
texagbeliever

It looked like Allen missed practice again today so I'd add Keenum for this week and see how he fares as option 1.

5-4, 4th place 0.5 ppr.

Want to upgrade my Wrs

Qb : herbert. Lawrence
Rb: ekeler, fournette, pollard, Hunt, white, k Herbert
Wr : olave, Lazard, Sutton, c Samuel,
Te : Andrew's, engram

I have another 4th place team looking for a rb.
His wr : cupp, Aj brown, Hopkins

I'm thinking of offering fournette for Aj brown.
Would I be over-paying?

Same question for Hopkins.
texagbeliever
How long do you want to ignore this user?
If you can do either one of those in a heartbeat. Fournette has not looked great. I bet you'd have to throw in one of your WRs to get one of those guys though. Lazard would be the WR id package.

Scratch that Stafford might play Sunday.

The Cooper Kupp owner in my league reached out about Mike Evans...he is loaded at RB and said he would give me Aaron Jones and Diontae Johnson. It is a .5 PPR league. Start 2 WR, 2 RB, 1 FLEX, 1TE.

QBs: Justin Fields, Tom Brady
RBs: Saquon Barkley, Nick Chubb, D'Andre Swift, Kareem Hunt, Antonio Gibson, JK Dobbins (IR)
WRs: Justin Jefferson, Mike Evans, Juju Smith-Schuster, Drake London, Wan'Dale Robinson
TE: David Njoku (IR)
D/ST: Eagles and Ravens
K: Tyler Bass

That probably helps you out next week since TB is on bye and JuJu likely out. Long term you are saying Aaron Jones > Mike Evans. GB has a bad week 14 bye but a favorable week 15 & 16 match-up.

I'd lean no but it isn't a terrible trade. You just don't need a RB that bad

seems like all that does is forces marginal WR3 into your playoff lineup in exchange for wildly inconsistent Jones at flex, where as is you could hope for Swift/Dobbins returning to form enough to produce at that spot

12-team re-draft, full point PPR, 8 teams make the playoffs. Currently the 8 seed at 3-7 ahead by points tiebreaker (+55 pts over 9th place, was 5th in league in points scored this week and lost).

Starting: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, Flex, K, DST

Offering: Michael Pittman Jr.
Receiving: Jimmy G, Mecole Hardeman

I made the offer and on its face it looks terrible. But my QB is Geno Smith and he is on bye this week. I don't have a backup and waivers are thin (21 QBs are rostered in this league). I am desperate for a win and the team I am trading with is in first place and has Lamar so no longer would need Jimmy G. He also has Kupp and is suddenly thin at WR.

I have CMC and Aaron Jones I can start at RB, Amon-Ra and Olave at WR, and Gus Edwards/Drake/Jamaal Williams/Peoples-Jones as options for Flex (also have Hollywood Brown stashed on IR…man that injury hurt). I prefer my other receivers over Pittman rest of season even with Ryan back. Indy has Philly at home this week and still has @Dallas and a Bye during the rest of the fantasy regular season.

If I don't get the trade through, then I would have to add one of the following off waivers for this week:

Goff @NYG
Brissett @BUF
Pickett vCIN
Dalton vLAR
Jones vNYJ
Wilson @NE
Tannehill @GB
Mills vWSH
Stafford @NO (if he clears concussion protocol)
Heinicke @HOU (could add Wentz if he starts this week)
Mayfield @BAL (for the lolz)

Jimmy G is a pretty much just a coinflip to do better than any of those options, doesn't have a 20pt game on the season yet

with that many QB's rostered there has a team with a more interesting backup like a Tua/Cousins

You make good points, but the problem I face is I have to eliminate some teams as trade partners because I am fighting with them for a playoff spot. Thus, I had to find a team that has already clinched a spot with a need for a WR. I did look at all the rosters and this is what I came up. I think I got a little unlucky with schedule variance. Probably would have picked up Brissett off waivers for any other matchup other than on the road at Buffalo. Hopefully I can get through this week and just roll with Geno rest of season and slip into the playoffs.
Hey...so.. um

I would roll with Goff over Jimmy G.

Trade went through a couple of days ago…and blew up in my face today. Oh well, at least I have good receiver depth. Ends up being a Pittman for Jimmy G swap, which is obviously a terrible overpay, but at least I'm fine at QB for this week and can go back to Geno next week after his Bye week.

At least with the news that Hollywood Brown is close to coming back I can simply take him off IR in prep for next week and put Hardman on IR.

I traded Pittman and Jamaal Williams for Stefon Diggs.

Worst part was that guy didn't even start Williams this week.

WRs ahead of Adams ROS (7): Diggs, JJ, Kupp, Hill, Waddle, AJ Brown, Hopkins
ROS WRs on the same level as Adams: Tee Higgins, C. Lamb, & Mike Evans, A. St. Brown
So Adams is probably #8 WR but could easily be #12.

I'd put Adams at 5 tied with Hopkins, ahead of Waddle

Quote:

Stevenson/Etienne
RBs ahead ROS (7): Ekeler, McCaffrey, Henry, Kamara, Chubb, Barkley, J. Jacobs
RBs ROS on similar level (): A. Jones, Ken Walker, Cook
If healthy ROS RBs (2): Swift/J. Taylor
considering workload/proveness if drafting today realistically they'd both be taken towards the bottom of this list only ahead of Jones

so more like a top 12ish RB for a top 5ish WR
Doubs is waiver fodder and would serve no purpose on any competitive team

original statement was even more ridiculous including JJ as an option

texagbeliever
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Adams has been better than I thought, he is closer to the gold tier than 2nd.

Should I bump your Kyle Pitts take for Curtis Samuel to be fair. One of those is a consistent playable every week guy and the other is lose you 5 weeks and on IR aka Pitts.
EliteZags
How long do you want to ignore this user?

I dropped Samuel since my lineup isn't poor enough to need min upside mediocrity, Pitts owner rejected every (mostly overpaying) trade I threw at him this season including several with Samuel as the secondary piece
Now that Pitts is pretty much out for season I just offered him Greg Joseph
