JK Dobbins is having arthroscopic knee surgery and will be out for 4-6 weeks. BRUTAL.

You have 2 must start WRs when healthy and 1 should start guy.

You lost one RB you will never start barring major injury issues and 1 WR you won't start. You got 1 droppable Dobbins and 1 WR in London, who might become a must start but is at least in the should start category.

Put another way, in a 5 WR/RB slot 10 team league getting the best player in a trade means you won the trade. When the other 3 players are at best bye week fill in level and you get a potentional top 25 WR id say you won.

As an aside I wonder if it would be better for you to roster a Schultz/Bellinger/Otton/Gesicki over Higbee. Reason being i think Njoku is a start over Higbee every week but one of those other guys could become a Top 5 TE rest of season from fitness/experience/trade then you really upgrade your team.

Yeah, all great perspectives...I still think taking the trade was the right move, with the information that I had. Now I can throw Dobbins in the IR and activate Swift without dropping anyone.

Which three guys in the IR would y'all stash? Jameson Williams, Kyren Williams, Gus Edwards, and JK Dobbins. I am pretty torn. I think any of them could be impactful.

Yeah, I have been thinking about cutting Higbee all week... I want to trade the dude, but can't really make anything happen. All of those guys are owned but Bellinger and Otton. Wan'Dale and Alec Pierce are also on waivers so I could nab either of them over Higbee.

I was actually planning to roll out a TE-less lineup this week due to too much bench value until Dobbins surgery was just announced, now I can plug him into IR and drop Jameson Williams instead(I'm assuming I should be able to pick him back up next wk) for a one week Hock/Friermuth rental

I don't actually have need for Dobbins either (Henry/Kamara/Walker/Conner/Mattison) but wouldn't want him to land on an RB needy team's IR and get hot during that attractive playoff schedule

Need to see roster to weigh in adequately. I'm going to guess yes, since once fully healthy St Brown & Hall are double starters with high ceilings and Tyreek is just one. Yes meaning i want Brown & Hall.

I think I would take the Hall/St. Brown side

Yes. Someone might be frustrated with st brown getting a concussion right after coming back from ankle injury, but I have to believe for ROS, ARSB is a pretty elite starter and so is breece.

Hall is hurt so don't do the trade!!

Yes. Hill has a great matchup schedule short term to help you make the playoffs. Getting a top 10/15 RB with Chase is a steal.

Walker is fresh on a good offense that throws it down field well (so room to run). Only downside is in a ppr league because he isn't getting targets. I would expect a top 5 WR for him. I'd avoid an injury prone JT/Barkley swap.

Don't see why he goes for that. I'd guess you'd have to at least put Sutton/Pittman/Smith on Fournette before the other team considers it.

His team without Brown has JJ, Kirk, London (can't start), Gallup (can't start).
Meanwhile at RB: Kamara & Barkley with maybe J Robinson over Fournette seeing how that offense goes.

I feel like your team strength is your WR depth (solid WR2s). Maybe do something like Smith+Pittman+Fournette for JJ/St Brown & J. Robinson?

I wouldn't take that. Only other position for you to upgrade is QB. Since he isn't valuing his lack of depth at WR you probably just need to look for a better trade candidate.

I just don't feel good about trading Tyreek. I think his value will likely soar over the next couple of weeks. Tyreek + Rodgers for Amon + Mahomes/Burrow. (I'm not too familiar with 2 QB leagues so kind of guessing on the increased QB value in this situation)

I have Brady as well, and don't think I would move anyone on your squad who could feasibly land you a better QB.

Brady is sixth in yards, third in attempts, has a 66.9% completion percentage, and all around is playing pretty well. The touchdowns just haven't come yet...I think that will change and am probably just sticking with Brady.

I would add Daniel Jones or Justin Fields if you want QB help rather than trading.
