Arkansas probably starting a freshman at QB since Storey is out with a concussion.

Tulsa did have close games against Texas and USF, two ranked teams.

Most every ranking I've looked at shows that's where line should be, if not lower. At -7, I'd pass. It was -5.5 yesterday. The value is gone.
