Well in fairness to the defense, throwing to Amendola on 3rd down is so surprising and "out of the box" as to almost be a trick play. No real way to have seen that coming.

yes, the Texans OL is bad.
one thing bugging me though...Lamar was kind of a teflon guy in Miami. He was never blamed for any of the Dolphins offensive woes. It was always the OC or Tannehill or the o-line. But so far with the Texans he looks okay, decent, etc.., but not special, dynamic, and so forth. Hopefully that changes soon

and speaking of Tannehill...he threw for 387 yards & 2 TD's vs. this Pats secondary last week.
I'd like to see some more short to intermediate throws here instead of hoping for miraculous catches from Hopkins deep
