First off, I think that there was a few bias issues in place with the Hypesman.

1. Bama 11-0, Stanford not
2. Bama is Bama, Stanford is not
3. Bama hadnt had a Hypesman before
4. Stanford is west coast and no one watches their games, particularly all of the east coast and SEC hypesters

Kid does run upright, but he runs upright right over some of the best teams in the country. Most of those highlights were vs ND, Oregon and USC, all teams that would have given any team in the BigXII issues last season. He does run where the play was designed, but he also does show vision and a little wiggle to get past that first tackler, I saw some good cuts or often leaping over someone to get to the next level, where he gets like 10 yards automatically. That could mean that he can get like 4 yards automatically in the NFL and I think a lot of teams could use that.

His leaping and battering ram style could get him lit up, but since the average career in the NFL is 3 years and the average RB plays shorter than most positions, is this really an issue? He takes his hits, wins your team games and then you trade him when he has too many hits, that is the cold flesh trading business of the NFL. How many former players can barely move and the NFL doesnt give a damn? So then why do they give a damn now? They dont, folks are just looking for some reason to hold this kid back.
