• Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Perform on-site estimation as well as from drawings by gathering field notes, taking photographs, and documenting assets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to interpret architectural and MEP plans.
• Knowledge of industry-standard cost estimation tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Primarily office with remote as an option with required local (DFW) travel for on-site property reviews.
• May be put on a rotation to experience a production/estimating role, sales support role, administrative role.
