• Experience Required: 5-10 years
• Details:
  We are seeking experienced Mineral Title Agents with a strong background in title research and curative. Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and capable of managing projects independently in a remote environment.

2. Right-of-Way Agents (Chicago, IL Area)

• Location: Chicago, Illinois area
• Open Positions: 2
• Details:
  We are looking for Right-of-Way Agents with relevant experience in acquisition, negotiations, and stakeholder coordination. Local presence in the Chicago or surrounding area is required.

3. Field Agents Solar & Wind Leasing Project (Hereford, TX Area)

• Location: Hereford, Texas area (in-office / field-based)
• Open Positions: 2
• Experience Required: 2+ years
• Details:
  Field Agents will support a solar and wind leasing project. Candidates must be comfortable working in the field, engaging with landowners, and operating from a local office base.

Compensation & Engagement

• All positions are 1099 contractor roles
• Compensation is commensurate with experience
