The Flex Online MBA program at Mays Business School at Texas A&M University enrolled the
first cohort in August 2024. This program is built for working professionals who seek to enhance
their careers through the pursuit of their MBA without needing to relocate or quit their jobs.
This program provides a mix of asynchronous and synchronous content, with students taking two
classes every eight weeks while in the program. Students meet once a week per course for 90
minutes live via Zoom to discuss course content, work in teams, and solve business problems.
There is a required two-and-a-half-day in-person orientation held in College Station, Texas,
where students meet their peers, faculty, and program staff. This introduction to Aggieland is an
essential launch point into the program that emphasizes networking and relationship building.
