As a summer 2018 readmit, I got a last minute internship for this summer which means I won't be able to enroll this summer as I had initially planned, can I just enroll for fall 2018 since registration is opened for both semesters anyways or do I have to reapply again for Fall 2018?

You need to contact your academic department to see if they will allow it. If they will, they then contact Admissions.
