Trump is going to end up being correct and your lil snipe is not going to age well.

Even if he is, he has no authority to remove her from office.

There's only one way she can be removed from office and that is by expulsion, which is unlikely to happen.

You're making stuff up. Trump didn't threaten to remove her from office. All he said was he assumed she would have to resign from office.

And if she is guilty of all the alleged immigration crimes, she will resign or be removed - and hopefully deported back to her craphole country of origin.

You are correct in that he did say he was going to remove her from office. That's my error. However, he did say:
Quote:

she will not be legally allowed to be a Member of the August Body from this point forth

He has no authority to make that determination. The Constitution specifies who gets to make that determination, and it isn't the president.

Which, in this case, would be SCOTUS, right? How does it get to SCOTUS if DOJ doesn't prosecute?

Actually, as the leader of the executive branch as the chief law enforcer, what he might be implying is she is going to be incapable of serving. You know because she broke the law and is going to be in jail or not in the country.

Just a thought.

Dude, if she gets perp walked under criminal arrest next week, how epic would that be?

If she was his wife, wouldn't that make the baby his daughter (or step-daughter if fathered by someone else while he was married to the wench)? His sister's daughter would be his niece. I'm sure some hack will say it's because he didn't understand the English language. Words matter, until they don't.

I think the working theory now is they weren't actually related; they only ended up APPEARING to be bro/sis by the paperwork. She could never clear up the "confusion" due to having to admit to fraud -- for her and everyone else.

Well, to be fair, she's not sure if she was 17 or 18 when she applied for Citizenship. It's hard to keep lies straight.

Yeah, like one question would satisfy this: WHAT IS YOUR BIRTH DATE?

She could produce one from Hawaii, and there are about 70 million Americans who would accept it, no questions asked.

I remember when you were branded a lifelong racist for asking questions about this.

Let's just assume she was never eligible to hold office, would that make any vote she made and bill she put forward invalid?

Has she put any bills that passed?
Was her vote at any time the single vote needed to pass a bill?

If any of the above are true, what happens?
Does scotus declare those laws invalid?

My wife doesn't think it will happen, but hard for it to not happen when there is blatant immigration fraud.

Almost wonder if Homan makes the arrest. I love when threads merge on the forums.

Trump was just making a statement that he assumed it likely would happen, not that it would be him taking the action. The House of Representatives can vote to expel one of its members.

Exactly. Theres literally no way to interpret it that other way unless you're actively looking for something, anything, to be upset about and throw at trump.

Talk about stretching **** to fit a desired scenario and hoping people won't bother to read the original quote, even though it's literally in the post. Fanatics believe what they want to believe, and nothing can change that. Especially not reality.

Do you even speak to them? Next time they do or say something to piss you off just put out an American flag and I bet they know which side you're on and will never acknowledge you again. Funny how an American flag nowadays is a dead giveaway that you're conservative. Funny but also sad at the same time

Republicans finally learned they can't play nice with the loons that are running the Democrat party. Law enforcement should arrive unannounced where she's staying with conservative media and show her arrest to the world.

You might be right, but as far as the beauty of their natural scenery, they're a top 5 state IMO. In particular, the North Shore from Duluth to the Canadian border is one of the most beautiful parts of this country. I would favor a slightly different approach; make the first ball at the new ballroom a patriotic celebration of her conviction and denaturalization, with a full presentation of the atrocities/involvement of her father/clan in war crimes, frauds involved (including her sister), and ICE operations in MN and ME. Presentations by Homan, Rubio, Mullen, yada yada yada.

Some NYSlimes hilarity; 'if she broke the law she should be allowed to slide.'

Nope, no deal. No one is above the law.

Wanna know why NYT articles are so lengthy? It's because their readers have such short memories, and the paper gets the opportunity to retell the story and change their position every time.
