Trump"s second term had all the stars lined up. Now rolling into the midterms what have been the results?
A million executive orders signed and very little to NOTHING accomplished that is lasting through the legislative process.
What have they accomplished together? A strong pace to help Trump break 50 trillion in national debt before he leaves office
Trump, Thune, and Johnson are the Republican leaders that have got things where they are today.
How about millions of illegals have been deported? That alone is a tremendous accomplishment.
LMFAO uh no that has not happened.
The DHS reports over 2 million deportations which includes self-deportations. None of which would have happened if Trump didn't turn up the pressure.
Not counted are the untold numbers that have stopped trying to cross which leaves us with an effectively closed border to illegal aliens.
Right. "Self deportations" and "untold number that stopped trying to cross" is the data you are gobbling. Unverifiable numbers. Trumps actual deportations (arresting and physically removing them from the country) are lower than Obama's
Exactly he ran on mass deportations did nothing and used up all his juice on a war for Israel.
He did nothing?
What world are ya'll living in?
I decided to ask Claude how many actual deportations have taken place.
FY2026 runs Oct 1, 2025 Sept 30, 2026. Through mid-July 2026, ICE had carried out more than 350,000 removals, with the total number of deportations so far this fiscal year at 356,389 according to numbers posted by ICE.
At the pace recorded through early April 2026 (about 1,266 removals/day), ICE was on track to exceed 460,000 removals for the full fiscal year which would be well above FY2025's 319,980 total removals and FY2024's 248,739.
Broader administration total (NYT analysis, as of late January 2026)
About 230,000 people deported after being arrested inside the country, plus about 270,000 more at the border, plus roughly 40,000 people who "self-deported" through a stipend program bringing the total to about 540,000 in Trump's first year, which was actually fewer than the last two years of the Biden administration.
