This is an editorial and it carries no weight. It's an intentionally inflamatory opinion, likely from a left wing nut job over in Israel trying to stir the pot over in the U.S.

This statement sounds like wishful thinking to my ear. The most steadfast critics who always tie "rhetoric" of every issue back to their obsession with Isreal really want to believe this. I think this statement is very debatable.

Let's not forget that Iran, and honestly Israel too as demonstrated by the OP source, have done their fair share of conflating Israel's conflict with tIranian proxies with what the U.S. is doing with Iran because they know that it will resonate with the folks mentioned above.
