I absolutely do not care about a persons personal preferences or skin color, but it continues to amaze me that the libs and media do not recognize or even acknowledge that he is openly gay. Why? Because it hurts their anti-Trump narrative. Trump cabinet has gay, women, and blacks in it but apparently Trump is a closed minded racist, misogynist Nazi….

And I would also say that Secretary Bennett (and a guy I work with at my big 4 $$ center bank) are the type / model gay men. It doesn't define them, it's private and personal, it's not a big deal, they just live their lives and do their jobs and keep private things private. Not that it has to be hidden, but it's not the primary thing they want to convey to every person they meet and the world.

Does what the staffers know matter? This is an honest question. It seems to me the only thing that matters is what gets discussed in the media/social media.

Like I see a bunch of really tone deaf stuff from Bernie Sanders on Facebook and, while I know he believes at least some of that, there's no way he's actually as unintelligent and economically illiterate as it appears; he's catering to his fans which ARE that dumb.
