I was there when I saw his parents walk out. I was very surprised. He is right Karmelo is no longer useful for them.

My gummy-bear died. My unicorn ran away. My imaginary friend got kidnapped. The voices in my head wont talk to me.
I've got a red bull. So I got that going for me.

Karmelo is no longer any use to the Democrat Party either.
They will continue to look for the next thug they can glorify.

Yeah they were really hoping for a summer of peaceful protests to kickoff with his verdict. I'm sure they'll manufacture something to riot about soon.

Although now that it appears SPLC is off the board and most of the USAID money has dried up maybe they won't.

Garbage parenting in, garbage kids out.

Some guilty verdicts should always include financial penalties. If Anthony's parents had to reimburse the state for what they spend on keeping him alive in prison, maybe other parents would do a better job.

Guess he learned a lesson. I remember him making a **** out of himself at the start of all of this.

Hate to be that ugly to a grieving father but this is a big issue for Christianity. There's no "making peace" with people like that and there certainly won't be with the hoarde of Muslims that are currently conquering christendom with little to no resistance.

Christians are going to have to figure out how to have God in their backbone as well as their hearts and frankly I don't know how we get there with the current teachings of the Church and many pastors across the country

I have a question for Christians.

I presume you accept that Jesus forgives the truly repentant.
But does Jesus forgive the unrepentant?
If no, then should Christians forgive the unrepentant?

Start with proper translation for the word ENEMY.

"Enemy" does NOT refer to someone trying to kill you. That is either a misunderstanding of ancient Greek. The correct translation is a BROTHER who you are not on good terms with.

In the Liddell and Scott (the authoritative lexical aid for Greek) there is a reference to a 1st century A.D. grammaticus, Ammonius - Grammaticus, which defined the word Exthros as someone who had been a Philos (a brother) but is alienated (out of enmity you had become estranged from them for a while). It was different than a Polamios, who you are at war with (who was a blood enemy who was out to kill you) and a Dusmenos is one who has long been alienated and refuses to reconcile.

What would it look like if people are unforgiving?

A life obsessed with hatred and despair over what could have been but never will be, a past that cannot change, and, on the extreme end, revenge which can never be placated.

Forgiveness is for us.

A little devil's advocate...Christian conservatives own a vastly disproportionate amount of guns. And most of us didn't get them just for shootin hogs. We just have longer fuses because in general we are family people with priorities straight and thus more to lose.

The hordes of conservatives you see crossing multiple state lines and springing into action any time there is a major natural disaster in the South are mostly Christian.

Heck, most of these guys are probably Christian....

It is a false dichotomy to say unforgiveness is equal to hate and despair. They are not necessarily mutual.

Good for him! He's been holding that in for over a year. That dude has suffered enough.
Unfortunately the Metcalf's are going to need to get out of Frisco and probably the Metroplex. They need to be in a rural area so if the black heathens come for them they'll be spotted a mile away literally.

If your talking about the guy standing to the left leaning on the pole he's not "pointing" it at anything. He's got his left hand over the top and you can clearly see the handle below his fingers

Presented as a possibility not a singular option. That is my fault for not being clear.

But I stand by my belief that forgiveness is for us as we may be unable to move forward with our lives after suffering at the hands of others.

Though that may not necessarily be the case. (Are we not witnessing a whole group of people who are consumed with hate and vengeance over the wickedness of slavery despite it being over 150 year ago now?)
