It's almost a certainty the Obama-judge Sorokin decision will be appealed to the 1st circuit. It's a pretty weak opinion, imho.

But, I do doubt the order will be stayed pending appeal.

    These ****ing judges are maddening! This is the blueprint for Republicans when the dems are in power. Just file appeals with conservative judges and stop them in their tracks. Of course with Republicans we'll either be ******* and not file appeals or GOP appointed judges will "do the right thing" and allow the dems to destroy the country.
    Sure would be nice if we fought as hard as they do.

    All the powerful people make money in this. It is a pipeline. Business owners, politicians (who get bribed), immigration lawyers, house builders, restaurants etc.

    It is a race to the bottom long term though even if it looks like we are benefitting short term.
