What do you define as "luxury expenses"? $10M is plenty to live on the interest and enjoy a damn good life with trips, nice cars, eating out regularly.

I was poor at one point in life. I am trying to help people get richer so they have a comfortable life. Too many people trust corporations and their jobs and think they are taken care of. And that applies to my real-life friends also. Things have changed a lot in the last 15 years.

We use lolpoors a lot on TexAgs. How old are you? I thought you were at least 40+. Not everything said is meant to be taken literally on boards like this which also have a humor component to it.
Just do a search on lolpoor and you will see it being used a lot on here. No one is laughing at poor people. I am the one who always says that people like Homeless Steve should NOT be taxed as the poor dude needs whatever dollars he can collect to eat at McD or TacoBell. Why should the govt tax him??

Yes, it is "net worth" which means everything. So if your house is $500k and you put down $100k, you add equity of 400k
