I hope Spencer wins and there is measurable positive outcomes for Angelinos.
He's doing an amazing job at campaigning, but the message should be this "We dont have to live like this".
If they can squander billions in a high speed rail with zero tracks laid and zero trains, they can use some of that money on real actionable outcomes, with the right person at the helm.
The viral stuff for Pratt is awesome, but I can tell you LA area traditional media is being carpet bombed with ads for Bass, paid for by the usual suspects: unions, planned parenthood, etc.

Not one ad for Pratt.
Grifters gonna grift...
I hope I did not offend anybody with this post. If I did, please come see me at my address in my profile so we can talk.
If you haven't seen the TMZ thing, TMZ thought they had a "gotcha" moment when it came out he was staying at the Hotel Bel-Air and his kids were in Santa Barbara and not the Airstream trailer. Spencer pretty much dunked on them and said that he lives there but there is no house to live in and that he's staying at the hotel because his security team won't let him stay in the Airstream due to the numerous death threats he gets daily, and on top of that, it took weeks to even get electricity and water ran so he could even hook up the trailer.
TMZ was all like "Your ad makes people believe that you live in the Airstream" and Pratt responds with "I don't live anywhere because I don't have a house because they let it burn down."
OK, most I could find via a quick Internet search on the TMZ attack.
TMZ, rightfully so, is getting ridiculed for this. Democrats are absurd. There is ZERO doubt the dude lost his house in a fire very likely because of complete mismanagement by democrats in power (recurring theme wherever they go). They overanalyze a video (even pointing out...gasp...that the door was open on the trailer in the video...). Yet they don't seem to analyze even a tiny bit that a fundraiser intended to help fire victims results in almost zero raised funds going to actual fire victims.
on another note...has anybody donated to the campaign? Two websites appear legit.

This one will be interesting because traditional media's footprint continually shrinks and has for long enough time that main voting demos no longer consume it.
wondered if there was some technical answer that I wasn't aware of and decided to check AI. After checking both Grok and Perplexity AI, Perplexity answered, "The pattern across reports is clear: the return of intact houses on Google/Apple Maps is a technical artifact (reverted satellite tiles or 3D model glitches), not the result of a political directive." Grok agreed and explained further: Google Maps initially updated its satellite layer post-fire to show the burn scars and rubble (visible for over a year). Recently (around mid-May 2026), it reverted many affected neighborhoods in Pacific Palisades (and parts of Altadena) to pre-January 2025 imagery. Homes "reappear" because the map is now using older photos, not new post-rebuild data.

any insight into which is legit (they likely both are).
been getting a few texts (likely associated with winred due to other campaign donations) but I ain't clicking on the link there.
Thank You for digging that up and sharing. As if I didn't already hate TMZ enough, those two clowns trying to pin Pratt down on where he sleeps was ridiculous.
Pratt should have just said, I'm homeless or "unhoused" and been done with it but I appreciate the fact that he was live and talking off the cuff, not prepared and rehearsed talking points.
Back in early 2020, I was homeless for 35 days and it sucked bouncing around from hotel to hotel, friends, family, Air BnB, etc., so I can totally relate to his situation. Of course I didn't have death threats or kids in grade school to deal with.
In my case, I owned a home in Los Angeles County but couldn't live there until my tenants vacated my property. Which I was very fortunate that happened in February 2020. Because one month later, they could have stayed there for 2 years without paying me any rent.
Imagine what the world would be like without Elon…they overplayed their hand and FU money won out.
No joke. Remember during the 2020 election when they disabled the search function on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram due to ... the potential spread of "misinformation" about the election. i.e. Hunter Biden's laptop, etc.
I think Elon is a first class weirdo but somehow an immigrant from South Africa managed to effectively save free speech in the USA. It's remarkable.
Honestly, there's never been such outstanding AI vids for a campaign. They only keep getting even better. The use of humor to kindly expose the ridiculous excessive problems while simultaneously combating the stigma of how it's socially wrong to vote for him needs to be studied in political science classes.
