Good question. he just wants to be Speaker of the House and cheating in whichever state he needs to achieve that is the ends justifies the means.

Meanwhile Republican senators worry about collegiality and keeping the filibuster as a bulwark of democracy. The SAVE Act must be passed.

Democrats can't win unless the game is rigged in their favor because their ideas are so stupid.

Notice that Elias isn't making a LEGAL argument as to why the Supreme Court's decision was wrong. It's all about how long we operated under a system until that system was finally challenged in the manner such things are challenged.
