This is where I am. How is this supposedly corruption? The position of the administration was that using IEEPA was valid. This should be obvious since a) they did it; and b) they fought their position all the way to the highest court in the land. Many pundits did think that SCOTUS would rule the way they did, and as evidenced by the snake oil tariff refund claims option of rights salesmen, people placed bets that the admin would be overruled on IEEPA.

So why would there be any issue with this (other than I think this is more of a poly market bet posing as a financial security)?
