I, for one, do care. It matters. It's perfectly okay to expect/demand both sound policies AND a Presidential behavior from someone who holds the top job in the land and is the leader of the free world.

I agree with most of his policies(not crazy about some of their implementation) but I find his behavior to be generally disgraceful of that office.

I disagree. Reagan accomplished much, with 55% - 60% Dem majorities in House, although he did have the Senate. If Trump faced that, he would have accomplished nothing. I voted for him three times too, yet I still find myself loving 50% of what Trump does and says and absolutely despising the other 50%. I mean here we are with the Democratic party going full progressive lunatics, which you think would give Republicans solid majorities everywhere. Yet Trump still manages to push away the moderates who would give us the majorities. That's why I also hate the term RINO, because it implies that the candidate with that label is also a lunatic, when in reality the RINO's vote with the conservatives 80-90% of the time, which even an Aggie can figure out is better than the 0% we would get with the Dem.

I did enjoy late last week the thread on IDs and the poor chap was moaning about getting a birth certificate and needing to drive all over the county, fill out forms and get a cashiers check. Followed by posters sending them a link where they can get one 24/7 online for a few bucks.

Same for married hoes who took their partners last name. You can go to the same website and get the same form you filled out to change your name when you got married.

Voters will have at minimum half a YEAR to sort this if they desire vote.

But we all know Trump is the way Trump is. He is a narc ahole, that is also pretty clear. But he is not there for people have to have dinner with, he is there to run the country. If I had to have a beer, I'd pick GWBush or Obama or Clinton. But they failed to run the country well, Trump is doing some/many things that I like.

It's ok to just say "I'd rather the president act like an adult even if I agree with his policies," but obviously some are completely incapable of criticizing him for whatever reason.

I get it, and I wish he could be more like JD Vance in this regard...1000%.

But I also get why people are "defensive". Compared to EVERY SINGLE MF THING the other side has to offer, or advocates for...his trash talking is so petty and trivial, it's not even on my radar in the grand scheme of things.

Dems are slaughtering unborn babies en masse and celebrating it, they wanted me and my family to suffer immensely for not getting a trash experimental vaccine, they want males in my daughter's locker room and showers, and they advocate for violence and mayhem in the streets when they don'tget their way...and I'm supposed to care if someone doesn't like how Trump talks (mostly to high profile elites who hate him and want him dead)? I'm objective about Trump unlike you and your ilk who will never criticize a Democrat on anything and will go 110% TDS on anything Trump.

How about this?....Every Republican out there is better than any Democrat. Some not by much but all of them at least have an edge over the Democrats who are the party of open borders, child mutilation, anti-white racism, Marxism, anti-1A, and anti-2A.
