Do you dispute that multiple counties purposefully circumvented internal controls that were put in place to create the evidence you are seeking? Things that would land a CFO of a publicly traded company in jail whether there was fraud or not?
Purposefully circumventing internal controls designed to prevent fraud is only acceptable to some people in elections, apparently.
If you take off your ankle monitor that is supposed to keep you on house arrest because it itches, and your paroll officer accuses you of breaking your parole, you don't get to tell the court that they have no proof you ever left the house, because you busted the control that was supposed to catch you if you left the housr. but that is exactly what you are doing.
