The Border bill was terrible. Enforcement had enough loopholes in it, limits were easily bypassed.

Immigration is an EXECUTIVE BRANCH function, not the Judiciary. The entire process is civil, no judicial warrants are needed. Immigration Judges work for the president, the Executive branch, not the Judicial Branch.

90% + of arrests in this country are made without warrants. The legal, CONSTITUTIONAL standard is Probable Cause, from the LEO.

Why would LE need training, you seem to "know" the law and obviously have no training. Or maybe, they are trained; why not do some 3rd grade level research and look into it.

No one is being stopped using racial profiling.

Lying? They have said some dumb things and misspoken or been ignorant in some cases. That doesn't change the fact that ICE is legally enforcing the laws that the American Public has had for decades now.
