Benny is again being misleading. He pulled those numbers from Samba TV, and they're preliminary. The official Nielsen numbers come out today.

If the show did less than last year's, no matter the number, it's going to be a bad look…

Only 26.5 Million households ‘watched’
48.6 Million tuned into the game — meaning nearly HALF of Americans turned OFF the TV at halftime.
Total culture victory 🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/ocUektCcx7
And of the TVs that stayed tuned in, how many of them just had the channel on but weren't actually watching the show and were distracted doing other things while they waited for the 2nd half to start?
Thing that is encouraging about the TPUSA numbers…you had to actively change over to it, which means the numbers they report were people actively watching that show…
The NFL really screwed up…

I mean at least every American could understand it......
there are songs not in English at least people know the beats or SOME of the words.....despactio, macarena, gasolina, **** gangnam style..... I dont know anyone who knew a song BB was playing. **** they interviewed the NFL players before and asked their favorite BB song. 90% couldn't name a single song. it was a terrible choice by the NFL. period.

And you think all those people are going to like American football because of one performer. Lol.

The NFL is looking beyond the US for their brand at this point. It was a smart move by them. Almost 600 million people in the world speak Spanish and using their biggest stage to extend an olive branch is a good move.

Are you talking about the song specifically or his performance during the show?
The "Bawitdaba" performance was lip synced.
The "Til' You Can't" performance was sung and he was interestingly introduced as Robert Ritchie instead of Kid Rock.
Usually people are supposed to turn into the half time show. It attracts non football watchers. This dip is crazy.pic.twitter.com/CLEElPY1CW

Perhaps, the NFL learned it can still thrive without all the "fans" that said they were done with the league after kneel-gate.Mr.Bond said:
....what they're failing to realize is they are attempting to reach that goal at the expense of the fan base that built this league in the first place.... dont bite the hands that feed you.

Holy hell, Democrats and Republicans will argue about anything. Y'all live to just hate each other. This is a microcosm of our current political environment.
You are being lied to by the desperate NFL PR machines.

That viral graphic claiming 135M watched Bad Bunny's halftime flop? Total BS.
Even Nielsen data proves it wasn't close to being "the most-watched ever."
