If they win this would cause a huge reshuffling of congress seats.

Need a ruling on this.

The wording of the census law was never to allow Democrats to mass import illegal aliens to prop up their numbers in Congress

I agree that this one needs a ruling from the Supreme Court!

How is there not already a clear ruling on this? I'd have thought the first state to lose representatives due to illegal influx in other states would have sued…

Regardless, it's absurd to think a fair justice could rule that representatives get apportioned by blunt head count. They're present AGAINST the will of our citizens & our government - so how do they rate representation within our government?!

Because for decades, the meek Republicans underestimated the Democrats and their end goal with illegals. They thought it was about getting Democrat votes at the ballot, completely missing the larger goal of gaining representation in Congress by counting illegals in the numbers for redistricting. They were either in tacit agreement or asleep at the wheel.

Plus they were scared to death to be called racist. Trump proved that it was a winning issue and that the American public is sick to death of illegals sponging off the good will and tax money of American citizens. Now all of a sudden they see the light of day.

Better late than never I guess, but it will be extremely difficult to pull back without favorable decisions of the court.

Do the republicans(politicians) really see the light of day? The R's in the house and senate really aren't doing jack squat about anything. The Trump administration seems to be alone in this battle at the federal level.
