This would probably help curb illegal immigration, more than anything else we try.

I was trying to say, but flubbed it, was that it was down to the US falling as the last obstacle, but Trump stopped it, is fixing it.

I love how Missouri Attorney General Catherine L. Hanaway filed a suit against the Census Bureau to stop counting illegal aliens. The Democrats are fighting against the deportation of illegal aliens because they want congressional seats and electoral votes. More red states need to join the fight to amend the Constitution to count only US citizens.

The litigation here could be clever as the solicitor general/defendant could agree I believe and begin a re-analyses, which would then trigger litigation elsewhere of course. I know that. Why I said it as it solves a few problems with deporting them.

First, the ones who have not paid in to taxes, well they are all now guilty of those secondary crimes libs are so assessed with. Deport immediately and as priority.

Second, if they would like to pay their outstanding taxes, they can start by registering in the CBP Home app where the taxes will be assessed and offset against any "reward" they were to receive for self-deporting. They are also prevent from applying for re-entry until back tax's plus interest are paid.

Since they are deported, they are not counted for the sentence.

See, we just need to enforce the existing laws to solve many of our problems.

Circular argument. They can't be taxed if they don't have a personal ss#, plus address etc as a record of working income. Therefore "they're taxed" is really nothing more than gaming the system….I wonder why some career bureaucrats would structure it that way????
